Ending the year, we are heading back to Frankfurt for this hybrid and two shows in one, Health Ingredients and Food Ingredients Europe. For the first time, both shows will be live together, mixing food and health, following Hippocrates ‘Let the food be the medicine and medicine be the food’…
After 18 months without live events, this fall finished with the third big European event of the year, and the only one taking place on the same dates as usual.
More than 800 exhibitors, more than 130 countries represented, and over 17000 attendees, between live and digital event, FI&HI Europe 2021 wants to be another big event. Until now, both Vitafoods and CPhI 2021 proved the quality of attendees, with a lot of preparation from the audience. Will Health Ingredient Europe 2021 follow the trend?
In any case, “Natural medicine” is a big trend in health, and those shows, despite the strange time we are suffering, are still betting on our business. Feed-back will be given after the show.
