At Monteloeder, maintaining the highest standards in quality has always been part of our DNA, since our beginnings in 1996. Food safety is of utmost importance, and to this end we have a dedicated quality assurance and regulatory department focused on ensuring that all the products that are delivered to our clients meet our strict standards.

This comes at a time when the market demands more robust control and higher quality standards. In this respect, we are at an advantage compared to other competitors, as we strive to go above and beyond in order to ensure we satisfy even the strictest regulations. Maintaining and keeping these quality requirements with our customers is a necessary and constant rule to guarantee the safety of the ingredients that reach the final consumer.

Quality control and continuous improvement may seem like two independent concepts, but must go hand in hand in order to have a maximum control over services and processes.

The Quality Assurance Department is like a living entity, continuously revising to detect as soon as possible the deficiencies and risks in order to act quickly and implement improvements. The continuous review of procedures, follow-up of corrective actions and training of all the personnel involved, keeps us vigilant throughout the whole manufacturing process of our ingredients.

For this reason, at Monteloeder we are committed to an integrated quality system following regulatory standards, where the ISO:9015 Standard allows us to control document management, the cGMP ensures the correct control of processes and the APPCC guarantees the food safety of all the ingredients manufactured in our facilities.

With the implementation of a good HACCP system, the daily work under GMP manufacturing standards and a good management system ISO 9001: 2015 we assure the innocuousness of our ingredients, their traceability and safety for our customers
